How to reserve
?
It is
simple just fill out our reservation request
from. Please fill all the details if
possible.This is very important for us to serve
you better. When we receive your request we will
inform you about the availability then we
reserve your car and confirm your reservation.
How to pick up reserved car
?
If you reserved
to pick up at
the airport you
will see one of
us just outside
of exit door
waiting for you
with a board
your name
written on. If
you reserved to
pick up at the
hotel or any
address you
requested we
will find you
there. You can
also pick up
your car at our
office.
What is included in the price
?
Our
rates are included unlimited mileage, car
insurance(CDW), delivery and collection charges
in İzmir and all taxes. .
Which payment type do you accept ?
We
accept cash in all European currencies and $US,
Visa, Master card, American Express as payment.
What happens if the car breaks down
?
Actually
we do every effort possible to check our cars
technically. Because we do not want any
technical problems on your vacation. But if it
occurs we guarantee to fix the problem as soon
as possible or if the problem is a big one we
change your car with another one.

What do I have to do in the event of an accident
?
You
shouldn’t move the car, call the police (154)
get alcohol and traffic report and a copy of the
other vehicles insurance.
Can anyone else drive the vehicle I have hired ?
Other drivers sign the rental agreement and show
a copy of their drivers licence. Drivers must be
25 years old to hire vehicles in group from B to
E and 28 years old for all other groups.
